Marketing Services RFP
Introduction
The Root Agency is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide customized marketing services. The selected vendor will have technical experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
Background
The Root Agency supports nonprofit fundraising through our 4D Approach, which includes Development, Data, Design, and Delivery. We partner with nonprofits to help optimize their vision. We align with their strategic plan and help advance their mission. Our highly skilled team collectively brings over a century of expertise and delivers results across diverse sectors including religion, human services, education, healthcare, foundations, arts/culture, animal welfare, and more. The Root Agency has raised more than $100 million with our nonprofit clients to enhance their communities. Throughout our partnership, we work tirelessly to help their organization Take Root and Grow.
We continue to deliver results for reputable nonprofits to include Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, Catholic Charities, Catholic Dioceses, Humane Societies, University of South Florida, and more. We specialize in supporting small and mid-sized non-profit organizations to better serve their communities. The Root Agency is headquartered in Dunedin, Florida.
Objectives
The primary objectives of this RFP are:
- Increase TRA Brand awareness
- Convert ads to TRA product sales
- Generate qualified leads that evolve into potential partnerships
- Increase TRA web traffic
Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be expected to provide the following services:
Digital Marketing
- Advertisements for our info-products, webinars, and subscription-based products
- Pay Per Click
- Quarterly e-newsletters
- Direct email promotions (segmenting lists, managing and updating contact lists)
Social Media
- Channel management
- Content strategy
- Content calendar
- Content creation
SEO
- Lead generation
- Regular reporting
- Data analysis
Proposal Requirements
Vendors interested in submitting a proposal must provide the following information:
- Company profile, including relevant experience in providing marketing services.
- Details of proposed methodologies and approaches for each service area
- Proposed timeline for implementation and ongoing support.
- Cost breakdown, including any upfront fees, recurring charges, and additional costs.
- References from previous clients with similar requirements.
- Cost for scaled project deliverable options (i.e.: Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, as applicable).
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in marketing services.
- Clarity and comprehensiveness of proposed methodologies and approaches.
- Alignment with the objectives and scope of work outlined in this RFP.
- Cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- References and client testimonials.
- Proposed services that may not be included in the RFP that you think are best-suited to achieve the outlined objectives.

The Root Agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP and to negotiate separately with any vendor. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
