Our highly skilled team collectively brings over a century of expertise and delivers results across diverse sectors including faith, human services, education, healthcare, foundations, arts/culture, animal welfare, and more. The Root Agency has raised more than $100 million with our nonprofit clients to enhance their communities. Throughout our partnership, we work tirelessly to help their organization Take Root and Grow. Â
We continue to deliver results for reputable nonprofits to include Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, Catholic Charities, Catholic Dioceses, Humane Societies, University of South Florida, and more. We specialize in supporting small and mid-sized non-profit organizations to better serve their communities. The Root Agency is headquartered in Dunedin, Florida. We have received recognition as 2024 HUB Entrepreneur of the Year and our CEO is a 2025 Titan100.

Intermediate Tech Skills.Â
ALL of our team members primarily work with the following tools and applications:
- Apple products
- Google Workspace (Google Drive, Gmail, Forms/Sheets, and Keep)
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrable skills in Word: merge template functions and in Excel/Google Sheets: XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) (Must have a comfort level in learning text edits at a minimum.)
- Slack and Asana
- Zoom video conferencing platform
- Kajabi
- Demonstrable experience pulling reports from a variety of CRM platforms: Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Bloomerang, Donor Perfect, ParishSoft, etc.

We Are Currently Expanding our
HQ Core Team.
- Our headquarters is located at 424 Skinner Blvd, APT A, Dunedin, FL.
- We currently serve clients nationwide.
- Our team members and vendors are located across the US.
- Company core hours are from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday – Friday. Â
**We prioritize our clients’ needs, which sometimes requires meetings, work sessions, and travel beyond these hours
